1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MagicPlan ("Service," "we," "us," or "our") at getmymagicplan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MagicPlan.

2. Description of Service

MagicPlan is an AI-powered Disney World trip planning service. Upon payment, we generate a personalized itinerary, Lightning Lane strategy, dining recommendations, packing list, budget estimate, and shareable trip webpage based on information you provide.

MagicPlan is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Disney®, Walt Disney World®, Magic Kingdom®, EPCOT®, Hollywood Studios®, Animal Kingdom®, and Lightning Lane™ are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a trip plan. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase and access trip plans. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Payments & Fees

Each trip plan costs $5.99 USD, charged at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refund Policy: Because trip plans are AI-generated and delivered digitally upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or in cases of a documented technical failure on our part that prevents plan delivery.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Trip plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions.

  • Park hours, ride availability, and dining reservations change frequently — always verify with the official Disney World website or app.
  • Lightning Lane pricing and availability are set by Disney and subject to change without notice.
  • Budget estimates are approximations and actual costs may vary.
  • MagicPlan is not responsible for decisions made based on the content of your trip plan.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense trip plans to third parties for commercial gain.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
  • Submit false or misleading information when generating a trip plan.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The MagicPlan website, logo, and software are owned by MagicPlan and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your generated trip plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

You retain ownership of the personal information you submit to generate your plan. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicPlan and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a trip plan.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific trip plan giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MagicPlan from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
