1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern how you may access and interact with the content, features, and functionality of MagicPlan at getmymagicplan.com. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and MagicPlan.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use MagicPlan to:

  • Create an account and purchase trip plans for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Share your generated trip page with family members or travel companions.
  • Print or save your trip plan for offline reference during your vacation.
  • Contact our support team with questions or feedback.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MagicPlan to:

  • Reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute trip plans generated by our Service without written permission.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Conduct load testing or intentionally overload our infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
  • Harvest or collect personal information about other users.
  • Post or transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional content.

4. Trip Plan Content

Trip plans are generated by AI based on the inputs you provide. You acknowledge that:

  • Content is for personal planning reference only and does not constitute professional travel, financial, or medical advice.
  • Park schedules, ride availability, Lightning Lane pricing, and dining options are subject to change by Disney at any time without notice.
  • You are responsible for independently verifying all time-sensitive information before and during your trip.
  • MagicPlan does not make reservations on your behalf — any booking is your sole responsibility.

5. Shareable Trip Pages

Each purchase includes a unique, shareable trip page URL. Regarding these pages:

  • You may share the URL with your travel party for viewing purposes.
  • Do not share the URL publicly on social media or websites in a way that could lead to mass access or scraping.
  • We reserve the right to disable a trip page URL if it is being accessed in a manner consistent with abuse.
  • Trip pages are provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable during maintenance.

6. SMS Alerts

If you opt in to SMS availability alerts:

  • Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any alert message.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.
  • We send alerts via Twilio. Alerts are sent to the US and Canada only.
  • Delivery is not guaranteed — we are not liable for missed or delayed alerts.

7. Email Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, trip delivery confirmations, and pre-trip reminders). You may opt out of reminder emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing or reminder emails does not affect transactional emails required to deliver your purchased plan.

8. Third-Party Links

Our trip plans and website may include links to third-party sites such as the official Disney World website, restaurant reservation platforms, or travel resources. These links are provided for convenience only. MagicPlan does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.

9. Disney Trademark Notice

MagicPlan is an independent service and is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company. Disney®, Walt Disney World®, Magic Kingdom®, EPCOT®, Disney's Hollywood Studios®, Disney's Animal Kingdom®, Lightning Lane™, and all related marks are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company. Use of these terms is for descriptive purposes only.

10. Availability & Service Changes

We strive to keep MagicPlan available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing the Service entirely and will honor previously purchased trip plans to the extent possible.

11. Violations & Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may suspend or permanently ban your account, remove trip pages, and pursue other remedies available to us under law. We may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
